Hveravellir is a golden blonde beer with a noticeable alcohol warmth, an alcohol percentage of 8.5%, and refreshing, fruity notes of bananas and citrus fruits, along with subtle spiciness and a pleasant sweetness with hints of caramel and honey. Despite its rich flavors, Hveravellir has a refreshing and smooth finish.
The name 'Hveravellir' comes from one of the most dynamic geothermal fields area in Iceland, also known as a hot spring field, located in the central highlands of Iceland . It's part of the Oddnýjarhnjúkur-Langjökull volcanic system, nestled between the glaciers Langjökull and Hofsjökull, at an elevation of about 650 meters.
A name that fits the 'De Warmste Week', because for each bottle we donated 0.50 euros to De Warmste Week. De Warmste Week is an annual charity event organized by the Flemish public broadcaster VRT. It takes place in the week leading up to Christmas and raises money for various charities that support disadvantaged people in Belgium.
