In the Þingvellir National Park lies the boundary between the North American and the Eurasian tectonic plates. Deep gaps show this very nicely. Þingvellir V2 is based on our first Þingvellir, but other hops were used and an extra dose of icelandic moss was added.
A pleasant, flowery, spicy and citrusy beer with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Icelandic moss gives a very slight extra bitter touch to the beer. Icelandic moss mostly grows in the Northern Hemisphere on volcanic soil which is rich in minerals. It is considered to be the very first lichen used as food by humans.
